Rebekkah – Nominated Supervisor
Rebekkah has worked in the childhood learning industry since 2004. She initially started working with school-aged children and since 2008 has moved into the early childhood field.
Rebekkah holds a Bachelor of Teaching, birth to 5 years. The role of Professional Development Support Office has been created to support and guide staff through their professional studies, further ensuring great outcomes for children.
Cassandra – Centre Manager and Educational Leader
Cassandra is Nipperville’s Educational Leader. She has been working in the early childhood industry since 2000 and with Nipperville since 2007.
Cassandra has her Diploma in Children’s Services.
Kat – Administration Officer
Kat has been working at Nipperville Early Learning Centre since January 2011. Kat holds a Degree in Community Education and Social Studies from Canberra University. Her role is varied and supportive of the Nominated Supervisor, staff and families.

Our Nominated Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations at Nipperville. We acknowledge that each individual brings with them knowledge, skills and experience that enhances their own teaching style and contributes to the diversity of our programs offered.
Our professionals are employed according to the Child Care Regulations relevant to ACT and National Law. All our staff must receive a positive Working With Vulnerable People check before commencing working with children and we strongly encourage all staff to hold a current First Aid, CPR and Anaphylaxis/Asthma Certificate.
